Peace on Earth
The 'Be Merry Designer' series paper was the inspiration for this card. I love the 'Cherry Cobbler' and 'Whisper White' combination. Taking a sheet of 'Whisper White' cardstock 12 x 6 inches i folded in half to give my 6x6 base. Layer with a sheet of dsp cut a smidgen smaller to give just a hint of the white around the edges. The sentiment comes from the 'Carols of Christmas' stamp set, stamped in 'Cherry Cobbler' and cut out using the 'Stitched Framelits' A simple silhouette in 'Whisper White' of the trees and deer is made using the 'Card Front Builder' die. If you purchase both the stamp set and die together as a bundle you can save yourself 10% A length of ribbon placed behind the sentiment adds a little more depth and texture to the card.
